Unless indicated otherwise, workshops at the Rosy Rings Studio are designed for adults ages 18+. All participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by another participant who is 18+. Children's workshops and birthday parties are offered at alternate times to accommodate our younger friends.

Refunds can be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: A workshop credit will be issued in the amount of the workshop fee.

*If we do not meet the minimum amount of registrations to hold a workshop, Rosy Rings Studio will contact you 24 hours prior to the workshop to reschedule you for another available workshop.

If you need to change your workshop registration time, please let us know and we will find a time that better suits your needs.

Schedule changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled workshop.

If you are going to be late, please call the Rosy Rings Studio ahead of time at 720-295-8135 and let us know.

Because these are community workshops, we want to respect everyone's time and give all participants enough time to delve into the candle making process.

If you know you are going to be over 15 minutes late, please reschedule for a later date. We are happy to help you do this, but please give the studio a call before the workshop begins.

The candle(s) you make will cure overnight at the Rosy Rings Studio and will be ready for pick-up the next business day.

Rosy Rings will hold your candle(s) for one week following the date of your workshop. Please make arrangements to pick-up your candle(s) before the end of the week.

If you need us to ship your candle within the continental United States, we are happy to make those arrangements for a shipping rate of $20-$25.
